Katie Distelrath, co-founder of Ignite Culture, blends deep experience with keen insight into leadership development. With a BA in Psychology from the University of Southern California and a master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy from the University of La Verne, Katie has spent over 15 years in the public sector, successfully leading teams ranging from four to 300.
Her passion lies in collaborating with individuals to uncover their unique strengths and reshape their leadership styles for greater impact. Katie believes that effective leadership is grounded in authenticity, humility, honesty, and vulnerability—qualities that empower leaders to create transformative changes within their teams and organizations.
